We had a pleasant stay at Points North, enjoying the spacious 2-bedroom apartment with very nice ocean views. The easy access to shops, the beach, and local restaurants made our family getaway enjoyable. The pool area, though average, was adequate for kids, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze. having Woolworths right downstairs was super convenient for our needs.
Cleanliness issues and management attitude 🥴.

I enjoyed lovely design.
The hotel had great and unbeatable location just next door to shops and eateries accessible directly from the accommodation, supermarkets & restaurants, and the centre of town. Coolangatta district was worth staying in.

Staff always very very helpful.
Units with so much space in the bedroom that's unused.

The drainage in the shower was totally misaligned, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor each morning. It was such a hassle having to squeegee it up daily-just a simple fix that could save a lot of trouble!

Spacious, clean apartment fully equipped with all what you may need.
The fact that you have to pay full amount on checking in and you have no choice of shortening your stay or changing the apartment. (The man at the front desk told, "We will only consider a refund if you pass away.) I found that rude to say.The location is excellent if you are looking for relaxation and beach sports, lots of restaurants and small shops in the mall adjacent to the building, but it is quite distant from Surfers' Paradise (45 minutes by bus) and theme parks and attractions.(another 20-40 minutes)

Wow, what a fantastic stay! We had a spacious apartment on the 15th floor with amazing views - even from our bed, which was such a treat. The location couldn't be better; we were just a stone's throw from the beach and surrounded by tons of great restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it super easy to whip up meals whenever we wanted. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made everything even better!
The heat at night; it got pretty stuffy without air conditioning in the bedrooms, even with a ceiling fan trying to help out. we had to close the balcony door a couple of times because of smoke from the neighbors, which was a bit annoying.

The rooms with all facilities. Stunning location close to everything from food to supermarket to kids entertainment and extremely friendly staff. Also - adjacent to central to shopping centres, and restaurants, shops & supermarket.

The shower door was a major hassle; it kept getting stuck every time I tried to open or close it. Plus, the dryer sounded like a blender on overdrive. These little annoyances really dented the overall experience for me.

The apartments are close to restaurants and clubs and is just across the road from the beach.
We found the apartment to be clean and spacious and the view from the bedroom and balcony was post card perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer. We'll be back for sure.

The fine views and prime location made our stay so enjoyable. The place was clean and had everything we needed. While the bed could be better, the friendly staff and lovely amenities made our getaway special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!

Well located and well appointed apartment. Good size with all necessary amenities.
The apartment only had blinds which were poor at blocking the sun in the bedrooms first thing in the morning. Very noisy starlings (or some such birds) created significant noise early morning/evening from trees just across the road.

Location: the hotel was not far from beach, parks, shops, cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and the shopping complex and a TimeZone for children. There was a beach restaurant nearby.
